Hannah Michaels

Founder & CEO

Hannah, a passionate fashion student at St. Thomas University, pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Merchandising with minors in Fashion Design and Political Science. With over 18 years of dance experience and a background as a full-time student-athlete in volleyball, I thrive in dynamic environments where creativity and performance intersect.

As the founder of Be The One, a nonprofit dedicated to mentoring young girls, I started this organization to empower the next generation through guidance and support. My own experiences have shown me the transformative power of mentorship in achieving personal goals, and I am committed to providing opportunities for young girls to dream big and pursue their aspirations.

I'm also a proud pageant queen competing in the Miss America organization, where I've honed my public speaking skills and dedication to community service. Join me on this exciting journey through the world of fashion and mentorship!

2 Time recipient of the Presidential Achievement Award for her efforts with her non profit.

Miladys Delgado

Women’s Health Advocate

Meet Miladys — a passionate, first-generation college student pursuing her dream of becoming a Registered Nurse. Her dedication to healthcare is matched only by her 12 years of dance experience, having showcased her talent on World of Dance, where she proved that precision, grace, and resilience extend far beyond the stage.

Now embracing the beautiful journey of motherhood, Miladys continues to balance her roles as a student, advocate, and artist with strength and authenticity. She is deeply committed to raising awareness for women’s reproductive rights and endometriosis education, empowering others to take control of their health and find their voice.

When she’s not studying or advocating, you’ll find Miladys baking up sweet treats, lost in a good book, or soaking up the outdoors with her family. Her story is a celebration of perseverance, purpose, and the power of women supporting women.
