Our Story
Founded in 2022 by Hannah Michaels, Be The One Mentoring began with a simple idea: when one person shows up with belief and support, her world changes. After witnessing the power of mentorship firsthand, Hannah created this organization to serve young women who wanted to dream bigger, go farther, and build new possibilities for their lives.
What started in one school at a time has grown into a community of mentors, educators, and young leaders—connected by a shared goal of empowerment.

At Be The One, our mission is to empower young women through mentorship, education, and connection. By collaborating with schools and local partners, we provide opportunities to explore higher education, define personal goals, and step into leadership.

Today, our reach may be local—but our ambition is global. We aim to expand our mentorship programs, build stronger school partnerships, and feature the voices of our girls through our “Meet Our Girls” initiative.
